August was a sweet month full of activities, as usual!
We were able to visit Paris. We encouraged our units studying French, identified language and culture activities that can be accomplished while they're there and of course, saw some sights!
We continue to visit churches in Nairobi. This month, Adam preached at a local church plant and another associational church in the city. Suzie was able to teach Sunday school again after a few weeks off. The Sunday school team is growing in size, and the children are growing in their faith.
Things have been a bit slower around the city as elections took place and results were announced. It seems everyone was holding their breath and are still a bit apprehensive about results being finalized. Thank you for praying for peace. In general, it has been very peaceful, especially compared to past elections. Keep praying!
