Broken...But God...

The world is broken. This can cause our hearts to become downcast. There are so many issues, moral, political and natural, that cause pain and suffering. But God...

On the 29th of January, we visited the site of my Triathlon accident. It was the one year anniversary. I wore my "But God..." t-shirt to express his goodness even in times of hardship. It's good for us to look back and remember God's goodness.

We know the victory is won. Jesus is on the throne. We're in the end times. May we live with urgency that all would have the opportunity to hear and respond.

We've had the opportunity to go out evangelizing in the town of Juja a number of times over the past year. Last week we were there again. As we began walking the streets and stopping to share with those in the community, we came across a group of young ladies. They had exposure to the gospel and confessed they were seeking to good even in the midst of temptation but they had not yet believed and confessed Jesus as Lord. I was able to lead them in that confession. It was obvious they were filled with joy.  Heaven rejoices as each lost soul is brought into the fold.

Praises:

*More children are being added to the Kingdom of God.

*Churches are seeking to go and share. Relationships are deepening.

*Plans are being put in place for a number of volunteer teams to come and serve in Nairobi this year.

Prayer requests:

*Details of the volunteer teams would come together and be executed well.

*Some upcoming travel.

*Phoebe in her last months of her pregnancy, She's due March 22nd.

*Health and strength to press on each day.

We have a goal of 100,000 gospel shares. These could be presented by our company people, national partners, church members, anyone connected with the ministries of our team. The ultimate challenge is that every church member in Nairobi would know how to share their testimony and clearly present the gospel, giving the hearer a chance to respond. So that, in December when so many of them travel "up country," to the village they are from, they'll be able to share with at least ONE. Who's your ONE? Would you pray to know who God is calling you to share with AND be prepared to share when the opportunity presents itself.

Keep praying for your 55 in 5 people group. Click here for more information.
