Workers Needed
We praise God that we have the ability to be working under
His name and for His fame. As we come
into this awesome season of being able to share the story about the birth of
our Savior we remind you that there are still many who don’t know the
story. So when we sing songs like “Go
Tell it on the mountains….. and everywhere” we must remember that people still
need to hear the Good News. We know that
many of you live in the great U.S.A and we are so appreciative for all that you
all do for us. However, as we enter into
this new season of Christmas and with an emphasis on missions giving (Lottie
Moon) we ask that you not forget that there are still over a billion people who
have yet to hear the story of Jesus. As
we continue on with the Lord’s work in Madagascar among the Antandroy people we
recognize that we couldn’t continue to reach the unreached and unengaged of
Madagascar unless you had already given and covered us with prayer. Thus, as we said before we thank you and we
praise God for you all! We do want to
remind you that there are still over a million Tandroy waiting to hear the
story of Jesus and we are working to go out and reach them by training local
partners, partnering with are brothers and sisters in Christ in the U.S.A and
sharing the Good News every day. We have
not seen a large amount of people come to Christ but we have seen and found
that the Lord is calling people to Himself and giving us the privilege of
introducing them to the life that is found in Christ. The one thing that does continue to stand out
to us is how many people seem hungry and thirsty for the Word of God and the
Truth that is in it. They just keep
asking us to share and teach them and for us to go with them to new
places. God is at work and we are
excited about what He desires to do. We
do find this rule at work as we feel stretched and unable to tell all that
desire to hear and that is “the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few”. Would you be a worker? Would you join us in praying, going, and
reaching those who have yet to hear the name of Jesus? Thus,
this Christmas season remember to share about Jesus Christ our Lord. Remember to support your local churches and
missions. We wish you all a very Merry
Christmas and a Happy New Year! Thank
you once again. Finally one easy way you
can do it is by adopting a village from our Southwest Team website at
madaboutstories.org. (We are working
on adding some more Tandroy villages to the list)
